WHAT IS RELIGION

In churches tall and groves of green,
Mankind seeks solace, seeking grace,
In sacred texts and hallowed space.

As interpretations clash 'neath boundless skies.
Dogmas entwine, beliefs collide,
In the name of gods, some choose to divide.
To some, it's a whisper in the breeze,
To others, a chorus on bended knees.
A guiding light through the darkest night,
A path towards truth, pure and bright.
But in essence, it's a call to unite,
To see beyond differences, to shed the fight.
For at its core, religion's aim is clear,
To kindle love, to banish fear.
So let us embrace the diversity it brings,
And cherish the melody each faith sings.
For in the symphony of our collective soul,
Resides the essence of the divine whole.
